Residence Maintenance
Our maintenance staff takes great pride in ensuring that the building always meets our highest standards. They are willing to assist with anything in your suite or the building that may be in poor condition, needs fixing or repair. We encourage you to complete a maintenance requisition if you notice anything of this nature.
Log onto the Housing Portal with your username and password
Click on the “Maintenance” tab
Create “New Job”
Complete “Job Request Category” from drop down menu > MAINTENANCE REQUEST
Complete “Job Request Item” from drop down menu > MAINTENANCE REQUIRED
Provide detailed description of request
Forget your password?
Use the “Forgotten Password” link. This will send a notification to the email you used to create the application to create a new password. You can check the status of your request by logging back onto the portal and viewing your submissions.
Response time
Maintenance staff try to get to your request within 72 hours of submission. Please note that by creating a maintenance requisition online, you consent to having a maintenance member enter your suite. Requests are typically completed Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. If you (or your roommate) are not present at the time of the repair, a note will be left in your suite to let you know we were there.
