Admission Requirements

1. Educational Requirements
   1. Must have a "C" stamp for Level B
   2. Must have a "B" stamp for Level A
2. General Requirements
   1. Successful medical
   2. Chest x-ray
   3. Program Orientation with instructor
   4. Good vision, unimpaired hearing, respiration and good health in general, are recommended
