(4,0,0)This course is designed to review and consolidate the student's knowledge of all the basic elements of French grammar, to develop a facility with the spoken language and to introduce him/her to aspects of 20th-century French and French-Canadian literature. Class discussion plays a major role in this course. (Serves as a prerequisite for second-year French courses.)
Prerequisite: French 12, FREN 110/120 or equivalent.
