This course is intended for Business and Economics students. Topics include the derivative, transcendental functions, curve sketching, optimization in business and economics, multivariate functions, partial derivatives, Lagrange multipliers, Newton's method and error estimates, and applications of all topics.
Prerequisite: Principles of Math 12 or MATH 061 or MATH 100
Note: Credit will be given for only one of MATH 140, MATH 113, MATH 114 or MATH 115
