Academic Admission Requirements

  • English 12/English 12 First Peoples (or equivalent)
  • Foundations of Math 11 with a minimum C or equivalent
  • High school graduation or mature student status
  • A suitable work placement on an operating ranch (A Program Coordinator can assist you in finding a suitable placement)
    Please Note: You are not required to live in Williams Lake or even BC to take part in this program. If you live or work on any ranch in BC, Canada or internationally, you can enrol in this program.

Additional Requirements

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Access to a reliable Internet source

    Please Note: Before you apply make sure you have your official high school transcript, post-secondary transcripts if you have them and two reference letters.
  • You will be contacted from two to three weeks to confirm we have received your application
  • Once Admissions has reviewed your application and applicable supporting documents, they will notify you about the admission decision
  • Students who are admitted will be required to pay a commitment fee of $500 prior to registration in courses
