There are two alternative routes to degree completion in the General Science program, both of which require completion of a minimum of 48 UCC credits of upper level courses. Of these upper level courses, a minimum of 30 credits or 36 credits, depending upon the alternative chosen, must be in upper level science courses (biology, chemistry, computing science, earth sciences, mathematics, physics, and statistics), with the remaining upper level courses chosen from science (biology, chemistry, computing science, geology, mathematics, physics, statistics) or arts courses.
