What’s the Difference?Structured Programs vs. Flexible Pathways
While we do not offer designated "pre-" programs (such as Pre-Medicine or Pre-Dentistry), we provide clear pathways through a variety of undergraduate programs that will help you reach your goals.
Structured Pre-Professional Programs
Some institutions offer specific programs labeled as "Pre-Medicine" or "Pre-Law." These programs are often structured as a defined set of courses aimed at preparing students for professional schools.
Flexible Pre-Professional Pathways at TRU
Instead of limiting students to a rigid “pre-professional” track, our approach allows you to explore a broad range of undergraduate degrees while meeting the prerequisites required for your desired professional program. For example, you might choose to major in Biology, Chemistry, Psychology, or another field, tailoring your studies with courses that fulfill admissions requirements for professional schools.
