Departments

In addition to Student Development’s programs and services, there are two faculty departments in the Faculty of Student Development: Career and Experiential Learning (CEL) and Counselling, Academic Supports and Assessment (CASA). The Chair of CEL is Shawn Read and the Chair of CASA is Cliff Robinson. Please reach out to the respective Chairs or individual departments for further information.

CEL provides career services, cooperative education (COOP) and experience more programming. COOP courses are offered throughout the year.

CASA consists of the Assessment Centre, Counselling Services, Intercultural Learning, Supplemental Learning, Wellness Centre and the Writing Centre. Student Success courses are offered throughout the year as well as Global Competency and Leadership in Environmental Sustainability certificates.
