Certificate in First Nations Applied Land Management
Highlights
The certificate program offers post-secondary training in land use planning to First Nations learners from the region, province and across Canada. The program allows students to acquire skills in surveying, mapping and land use planning. The certificate will incorporate a blended approach in that the courses will be taught face to face in one week blocks followed by completion of projects by the students in their home communities.
Careers
There is a large need for land use planners in First Nations communities.
