About

U-B-U: An EDI celebration of authenticity

On May 15th, the Office of EDI & AR invites you to join a celebration of authenticity, diversity, and inclusivity at TRU’s annual EDI Conference, U-B-U (translated: you be you!).

At U-B-U, keynote speakers and panelists will guide participants through insights, experiences, and strategies for fostering environments where authenticity thrives. As our unconscious biases draw us toward “sameness”, U-B-U challenges participants to explore the power of authenticity in our professional and personal lives.

The conference will also include ample networking opportunities and a dynamic performance by one of Kamloops’ local drag artists, Miss Mousse.
