TRU's Information Technology Services (ITS) department delivers comprehensive IT solutions, including strategic planning, software management, infrastructure support, and various IT services for the Thompson Rivers University community.
Office of the CIO
The Office of the CIO drives innovation and excellence in digital transformation at TRU, leading strategic initiatives to enhance technology capabilities, streamline processes, and support our mission through digital solutions. Our departments collaborate across the campus to ensure effective technology use in support of the University's teaching, learning, and research mandate. Client Services
IT Client Services provides prompt, effective technical support to students and employees at TRU, ensuring a smooth user experience. We handle a broad range of technical needs, including hardware and software procurement, and offer guidance on university systems, all aimed at enhancing learning and productivity in support of TRU's academic mission.

The Project Management Office (PMO) at TRU is focused on achieving IT and business project goals across the institution.
