Thompson Rivers University aims to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all by correcting situations that caused or could likely cause injury. It is important to report all occurrences so actions can be taken to mitigate future incidents from occurring.
To report an injury or a safety/environmental incident or concern, then use the following buttons below:
If you are an EMPLOYEE or PRACTICUM / CO-OP STUDENT of TRU and experience an INCIDENT or INJURY or OCCUPATIONAL DISEASE, please fill this form. You must also inform your supervisor of your injury as soon as possible.
If you are a student (non practicum), contractor, or member of the public (NOT TRU EMPLOYEE) and experienced an incident or injury , then please fill out the Incident Report Form:
Report a NON EMERGENCY health, safety and/or environment hazard, concern, unsafe act, condition, or near miss (close call with no injury, no damage) on the TRU campus.
