Samrah is legal counsel with the Litigation Group at the BC Ministry of Attorney General where her practice focuses primarily on administrative law and civil litigation. Prior to that, she clerked at the British Columbia Court of Appeal following her articles at the Community Legal Assistance Society. Samrah is currently a board member of the Vancouver Association for Survivors of Torture and is a contributor to the CanLII Manual to British Columbia Civil Litigation.
