Exchange programs Faculty of law

TRU Law students have the opportunity to spend part of their summer or a full academic semester studying law abroad at one of our partner institutions in Europe. Exchange programs allow students to experience a different legal system firsthand, expand their curriculum beyond what is available at TRU Law, and build connections with students and legal professionals from around the world.

Credits earned on exchange may be applied toward the TRU Law JD, subject to advance approval from the dean or assistant dean.

Info sessions

TRU Law hosts information sessions each fall and winter for students interested in learning more about the exchange program. Incoming exchange students are also welcome – TRU Law accepts visiting students for both the fall semester (September to December) and winter semester (January to April).
