TRU PAL Request Form

Thompson Rivers University (TRU) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information in compliance with the BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA). The personal information contained in this application will be incorporated into the Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) and shared with Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada and British Columbia’s Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills for operational and program evaluation purposes, including authentication and verification of the PAL to support your application for study permit to enter Canada and attend TRU.
