Welcome to the Department of Psychology at TRU.

We are a thriving department of faculty engaged in teaching and research, and with a broad span of expertise, including in neuroscience, counselling, social psychology, cognition, development, behaviour, and emotion.

We are committed to creating a supportive learning environment for our students. Whether you are taking a Psychology course as an elective or to specialize in this area for your degree, please do stop by to chat to our faculty if you would like to learn more about a particular topic. We pride ourselves on our extensive research opportunities for students at all stages of their degrees and have research labs with that support diverse kinds of research projects, from questionnaire studies to brain imaging research.
