Thompson Rivers University (TRU) collects, uses, discloses and retains personal information in compliance with the BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA).

Your personal information is being collected and will be used for the purposes of managing your pre-registration at TRU during the COVID-19 pandemic, or for purposes consistent with these uses. The collection of this information is permitted under section 26(c) and will be stored outside Canada as permitted by Ministerial Order M85.

TRU is using Survey Monkey, a software company to manage this process.  Information about Survey Monkey's privacy policy can be found here.  Your personal information will be retained by TRU in accordance with TRU’s Records Retention/Destruction Policy.
