FAQ

Program

What are the entry requirements?

Please see the Admissions page.

I have a background in business. Can I do the accelerated one-year program?

Admission into the accelerated one-year program is determined by the MBA selection committee. During the formal application review, the committee will evaluate each file individually for potential 5000 level course waivers. Decisions about waivers will be noted on your Letter of Admission.

What happens if I don’t meet the language, GPA, etc. requirement?

For applicants who do not meet the academic or English language requirement, as an alternative, they could consider applying to one of our Post-Baccalaureate Diplomas in Business. With careful course planning and completion of certain academic or English courses with specified minimum grades, it may be possible to meet the minimum entrance requirements to be eligible to apply to the accelerated One-Year MBA program (12 months) from a Post-Bacc. program. Please note that this is based on the current admission requirements. When applicants apply to the MBA program, they are subject to the admission requirements at that time.

What is the duration of the MBA?

The MBA program is a two-year program:

  • Year 1: 5000 level (6 courses)
  • Year 2: 6000 level (12 courses — course based completion option).
  • All required program credits need to be completed within 7 years from the date of admission.
