The GPS Program offers an intensive co-curricular experience for a select group of 15-18 students. During the program, students will develop in-demand soft skills through curated workshops hosted by business leaders and by taking advantage of real-world opportunities.

This program provides students with a foundational professional toolbox that they can expand during the later years of their studies, through additional programming. Participants will also have unique opportunities to advance their professional development and build industry connections.

The program draws on insights from AACSB resources, programming at other universities, faculty & community partner conversations, webinars and academic articles. Designed to be agile, it delivers sessions that align with industry demands.
