Tuition & Fee Payment Deadlines

The balance of tuition and/or fees owing are due by the following dates:

Undergraduate and Graduate programs
Fall 2025 term
Canadian/permanent residents August 29
International students Deposit due upon registration.
Balance of fees due August 29
Winter 2025 term
Canadian/permanent residents January 3
International students Deposit due December 1
Balance of fees due January 3
Summer 2025 term
Canadian/permanent residents Intersession 1 due June 20
Intersession 2 due June 20
International students Deposit due upon registration.
Balance of fees for
Intersession 1 due June 20
Intersession 2 due June 20
Trade programs
Foundation Fees are due fourteen days before the first day of class
Apprenticeship Fees must be paid in full at the time of registration
Continuing Studies programs
Fees must be paid in full at the time of registration

Late payment of tuition

All student accounts are payable in full by the payment deadline for their program or course.

Students who have an overdue balance by this deadline will be placed on financial hold.

While on financial hold, students may have:

  • a $75 penalty applied to their account each term
  • 2% interest applied to the outstanding balance (includes previously applied interest/penalties) at the beginning of each month
  • any registrations in subsequent terms cancelled
  • other registration activities withdrawn:
    • add, drop or change course registration
    • view grades
    • confirmation of enrolment letters/forms, including visa extension letters
    • final exam registration and course extensions (OL)
    • order transcripts
    • receive degree, diploma or certificate
  • any registrations in the current semester cancelled. To re-register the student will have to pay the outstanding balance plus a reinstatement fee.

The financial hold will be removed when the outstanding balance, including all penalty and interest charges, is paid in full.
