Counselling services are available virtually Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 4pm. 

Individual Appointments

To schedule a virtual counselling appointment, please email the or leave a message at 250.828.5023 with a phone number where we can reach you.  Once your appointment is scheduled, you will be contacted by a counsellor via email about your appointment.


Several workshops are being offered virtually.  Please go to the Workshops and Groups webpage for more information. 

Provincial counselling services

All students currently registered in a B.C. post-secondary institutions have access to a free, confidential counselling and community referral services, available 24/7 via app, phone or web.
