Find Your Path: In this workshop, participants examine their interests, values and personality and discover occupations that align with their profiles. Once possible career pathways are identified, finding matching educational program becomes much easier.

Mental Health 'Matters': This eight-part series, facilitated by TRU Counsellors, explores strategies like mindfulness, nervous system regulation and self-compassion to help students cope with stress, low mood, overthinking, and other challenges that can impact overall well-being. No registration is necessary and snacks will be provided.

Sense of Belonging: Join TRU Counsellor Mark every other Monday for the Sense of Belonging workshop series. Topics of discussion will include connection, community and creating a sense of belonging!
